This property is located at Windsor Palms Resort just off Highway 192(west) Close to World Drive. Situated in a Gated Community with a 24 hour manned security gate, this home is less than 5 miles from Disney, 25 minutes from the International Airport, 15 mins to Sea World, 20 mins to Universal Studios. Mystic Dune Golf Course located just across the street from Windsor Palms Entrance.

This Prime Location Villa features Four Bedrooms and 2 Baths. King-size Master bedroom with en suite overlooks the Private Pool & Hot Tub, Queen-size bedroom, King-size bedroom, and 2 Twin beds bedroom. Laundry Room just off the Kitchen (Washer & Dryer). Eat-In Kitchen plus formal dining area. Living Room with Sliding Patio Doors to your own pool and Hot Tub (no additional charge for Heated). Full size Pool Table located in attached garage. Propane Gas Grill and a Charcoal Grill is provided. (propane and charcoal is not supplied)

HD TV in living area, 32 inch in King bedroom. Free use of DVD's, board games, and reading books. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET in house.
The Villa has its own private/screened/illuminated heated pool and Hot Tub Spa complete with patio furniture. This Pool Area is South Facing having the benefit of full sun throughout the day. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking within the property.

Occupants have FREE UNLIMITED use of all amenities onsite which include use of luxury club house pool with adjoining Tikki Bar offering drinks and light fare, Hot Tub, Splash Pad, floodlit tennis/pickleball courts, basketball, pool tables, volleyball court, fitness-center (will need to schedule time), 60 seat cinema (schedule changed throughout day), barbecue areas, and convenience store onsite with Internet Access.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in July/August. The house was in excellent condition and well maintained. We have stayed in numerous villas on Windsor Palms over the years and find the location excellent.This home was spacious and great for our family and had everything we needed in terms of utensils and towels. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending quality time around it whilst resting from park activity.Broadband and TV channel selection was excellent.We had no issues with the villa and would book again. The hosts provided all details for access clearly and were on hand for any questions.Great vacation.

Perfect home from home

This house was the perfect retreat. The home owners communicated promptly when ever we had questions and the process was 100% smooth. This house truly felt like a home rather than a holiday rental - was spotless and comfortable. Already looking at future dates for our next trip!

The house was exactly as depicted in photos and the clubhouse was a great plus. I had regular contact with Kim the house owner and she was very prompt in responding. Overall, we loved it and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful besides it raining on us a few days. Didnt let it get us down. The home is beautiful and is within a couple min drive from walmart and all kinds of restaurants, gift shops. Owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. We are a family of 5 and there is plounty of space in the home for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could wish for!

What can I say? Everything about the villla, location, community and amenities were all excellent as was the communcation with Tim and Kim answering any queries we had before our arrival. Very easy to find and check in was very smooth, even at the time we finally arrived after midnight.Great location, easy to navigate to from the airport and close enough to all the parks and other fun stuff besides.Highly recommended!

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

Communication with the owners was superb, nothing was too much bother. All details regarding the checkin etc were timely and excellent. The villa itself was in a brilliant location which made getting to Disney really fast. Everything about the villa was super.

Great House

We arrived at the property right around 4pm. Checking in at Guard was easy. House was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids loved playing on the pool table as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for small family

We are very pleased with this home. Garage is a playroom with a pool table another activities. They had set up a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations which were nice as we were there over the Christmas holiday. Nice clean small pool, jacuzzi was nice but seems to leak significantly needs water added almost daily. Bedrooms are a little bit small but all had a tv which was nice for kids in the evening. Plenty of kitchen necessities- fridge and freezer a little smaller. A little dated but we were very pleased with the home and location. Plenty of near by restaurants, Walmart, and Disney World. Gated entry nice. Would stay her again. Great host/owners. Thank for the holiday decor-added to the stay.

Amazing stay!

This was the perfect home to stay in while visiting the Disney parks! The house was well equipped and had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub are a huge perk after long day of walking. A haven of relaxation

We stayed here for 1 week while visiting the theme parks and other areas in Florida. We found this property to be ideally placed for quick access, especially to the Disney parks. The manned gate made the resort feel very safe. The property was well equipped & maintained, with the pool area especially being spotlessly clean and a great place to spend a few relaxing hours when we took a morning away from the parks. Communication with the owners could not have been smoother as Kim replied to any emails very quickly with helpful information.

The home was okay

So before the stay I was requested to pay a cleaning fee on top a service fee so I staid with no damage done but a cleaning when I left oh yea and also had to get my own toilet paper because it wasn’t provided and she said I took accommodations from other future guests that was above the fridge that nobody in the house ever touched in our entire time saying there because I was the only one that would be able to touch the close to that height and I never did

Lovely home-feel property close to Disney parks

We thought it was a lovely welcoming and well kept property, size was perfect for our family of 4 with teens wanting their own space and it was only a short drive from Disney and supermarket. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed for a comfortable stay and the girls particularly enjoyed the private pool. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Given the chance we’d definitely stay here again.

Property Review

The location of the property was excellent, the property itself was well maintained & had everything we needed. Our check in details were very easy to follow. We had no need to contact the owner during our stay, but they contacted us to make sure all was ok. If we come back to Florida we would like to stay here again.

House was perfectly located to the parks. Kids enjoyed the pool. Had all amenities needed for staying off property. We didn't check out the community pool as it was easier to stay home. It was very spacious for our family of 5. It was what we were looking for. Owners were very responsive. Especially when we had any issues such as the hot tub error and cleaning. They quickly responded and resolved it. We would rent again. Thank you.

Perfect place for Disney vacation

The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool was wonderful. The host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. The clubhouse is very nice and there are literally dozens of restaurants within a couple of miles. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Grandkids loved the Mickey decor.
