The had a backed up tub. Then sent me to a different room, I forgot an item and went back to get it and just that quick they was making up the bed to rent it out to someone else. I had already laid in that bed. The linen and nothing was changed. Why would you put someone in the same situation that I just experienced. The second room was no better. It seemed to have had some kind of water leak. The service was not good as well.

Property was good overall. Pleasant experience. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was fair. Only one waffle maker was working which made for lots of waiting for food. No fresh fruit or dairy products. Hand rail in elevator was in disrepair.

The hotel was great but the claim of having a buffet was exaggerated. The eggs were powder and there was no fruit what so ever. There was hardly any bread choices. The waffle was good. The sausage Pattie’s were cold and very small. No room service. It was close to universal.
