"My first visit to Portugal, I chose EXE Saldana because of its central location to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel is more of chic boutique style - modern, clean and quiet. Staff was attentive and friendly. I didn’t try the continental breakfast (€13/person), was able to get a coffee there and it was nice. I love the location as it is close to the Metro, and convenient pickup and drop off by Uber/Bolt. My room was clean and brightly lit. I love the large window to allow fresh air inside. My only nit picks were the drainage in my shower, the water collects and slow to drain, and the handles from the closet came off easily. The soap/lotion dispenser pump was weak and constantly drips if you don’t pull it back up. Other then these minor things, I would recommend this hotel!"

"Room was large the kitchenette was a nice touch but the rooms were not cleaned well. Stains all over the pillows and blankets, hair on the pillow cases. Also, staff are extremely displeasing and have no customer service skills. Location is only good for being close to the airport otherwise it is far from other stuff"

"Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town."

"Hotel location was great for metro & bus. The team throughout the hotel was really professional & friendly, helping with our questions and providing a map & help for places to visit. The breakfast buffet has choices for all and the rooftop pool area was a lovely with sunbeds, umbrella’s and pool which certainly refreshed you. A great hotel. "
