Outside, the backyard is the heart of the home. A private pool shimmers in the sunshine with a hot tub close by, both surrounded by loungers that add a little magic to the desert air. Evenings can be spent grilling under the stars, gathering with friends, or simply floating under the glow of the pool lights.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- If booking through VRBO, please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $95 (Plus tax) /day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
-Spa Heat is included with your stay
-Parking notes: You'll find parking 2 vehicles in the driveway.
