Pool heating is available upon request and recommended from October to April. $50 per day for a temperature of 78 degrees (comfortable for swimming). $60 per day for a temperature of 80 degrees (easier to get in and still comfortable for swimming). $70 per day for a temperature of 82 degrees (most adult people prefer). $80 per day for a temperature of 84 degrees (kids prefer to swim). $90 per day for a temperature of 86 degrees (for a baby to be comfortable). $100 per day for a temperature of 88 degrees when seniors or young kids are going to use the pool for leisure. You must request 48 hours in advance of your check-in and cannot be canceled mid-stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• This is a non-smoking home
• Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly enforced. The city will issue citations if music or noise can be heard beyond the perimeter of the property during quiet hours
• Per City requirements, primary guest will need to provide d ID details for all adult guests and sign the City's "Statement of Rules and Regulations"
• Free street and not covered driveway parking on premises.
• Video Surveillance; the street-side entrance door of the house is on an outside outdoor camera you will see. There are no other cameras.
