It was great , after a long day under the sun and heat , cooling down after a good shower on the bed was all i needed. The mattresses was very comfy , i actually slept pretty good!!! Would definitely recommend the place , location was great!! Nice view of the beach and the pier...just love it!!!

Beachy Time!

My adult daughter and I had a girls’ getaway after an eventful year. The studio suite we stayed in was plenty big enough for us. walk right outside to the beach. Close to all the main sites. The rooftop deck has an awesome view and pool is the deepest I have seen in 20 years. (12 feet!) Definitely would stay again!

Great view of the Ocean

There was a great view of the ocean from our room and we loved the property. There is some rehab going on right now, we were not disturbed by any noise but pool is not open. Perfect for 3 or 4 if you want to be on the beach! I love that it was a mid-rise. No long elevator waits. plenty of areas to relax off the beach when you don't want to deal with the sand..

First Time VRBO Rental

We were excited for our VRBO stay at PCB. Everything was as described in the description. Parking was a little aggravating, but I was able to make my own spot on multiple occasions and avoided being towed. I reached out to the guest contact, once, who was very quick to respond. Overall, I’d give the experience 5 stars. Will definitely book through VRBO in the future.

Not the best

I knew the building was old and did not expect anything more than a clean place to stay. It was filthy, all the dishes were dirty, we used the fold out bed and there was a trash heap underneath. The linens were extremely cheap and wouldn’t stay on the bed. There wasn’t even a spare roll of toilet paper, had to go buy our own. The pool was full of sand but the beach was beautiful.

Great little studio for my wife and I. The only item, like other reviews given - bed sheets were too small or stretched out. Would not stay on the bed. All others were excellent.

Long weekend stay

We had a great experience in this little condo. It was perfect for a couple enjoying a long weekend. The space was kinda small but plenty enough room for just us. I probably wouldn't put more than 2 people in this condo due to the size. The bed was comfy but the bedding was terrible. The mattress pad was a full size but this was a queen bed. So it would slip off and you'd be stuck to a waterproof mattress cover. Not a huge deal, we just ended up taking the thing off after fighting with it the first two nights. The outside of the condo is older and could use some updating but the interior was great! It was been completely remodeled and was beautiful. Loved the full size fridge in the condo. Overall, great little condo in a great location. I loved that there was no high rise condos on our side so we had a beautiful view of the gulf from our room and the beach was not crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Good room/issue with bed and shower

Overall was a wonderful place to stay, room was good size for us two and clean. Our only concerns were definitely the shower and bed sheet cover not fitting the bed. The shower would spritz and spray down near the faucet end when you pull the pin up which would be messy. The bed spread that covers the mattress was too small also, so when we slept, we would wake up to the plastic bed cover under parts of our backs which was uncomfortable as ever. We just ended up putting the bed sheet itself over the top of the mattress to lay on.

There wasn’t enough towels or toilet paper for all 4 adults. Otherwise, good experience.

It was convenient to local restaurants and beach. But not enough parking spots, when we returned from dinner. We eventually found one and moved our car. Seems like guests staying had more than one car per unit. It would have been nice to have a pizza cutter and round pizza pan in the kitchen. Ice maker didn’t work in fridge so, bring your own ice. There were only 2 wristbands in the unit, so two of us didn’t wear a band. No one asked us about our booking or if we were actual guests of FountaineBleau Bleau Terrace. So, if there were people there that shouldn’t have been there, no one would have known. Not enough luggage racks, either. There was someone sleeping by the pool at night when I stepped out onto the patio/breezeway, looked like a homeless person who had hopped the gate, he had a backpack and bike with him, he was passed out in a lounge chair around 1am.

Pretty solid good location.

Room was clean and had most amenities. Online pictures make it look nicer than it actually is. But having said that it was still in good shape. 3rd time staying at this building. Compared to some other rooms we have seen this is definitely a good option here. Building doesn’t have much parking just FYI if you’ve never stayed here. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Right on the beach. Was a good time and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property

This Property was perfect for our little family. It was a walk down to the beach and in walking distance to alot of restaurants and stores perfect for not having to drive around much. The property manager was great with giving info that we needed. Highly recommend this property for couples or little families!
