I had a room towards the back of the property. Once the blinds were closed it was so quiet. My family and I was able to get a good night sleep. With it being homecoming week it was still quite at the hotel… My go to hotel when ever I am visiting my daughter @ VSU.

We walked in to such friendly and welcoming staff. 24/7 coffee and hot coco too. Our room was clean and the facility smelled nice. Breakfast was hot and delicious both mornings even staying open a little later to try and not waste leftovers. We did not think greatly of the area but just up the road was town and it had everything we needed. Would stay again.

The staff is always wonderful here! Diamond was super friendly and very helpful. The shower could use an upgrade, better curtain and new shower head. Otherwise it was a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was great! Will definitely stay here again.

We had an unexpected stay here when my 94 year old mom became urgently sick while traveling. Thank God we found Bon Secours hospital where with Gods help they saved her life. We stayed at the HI for 10 unexpected nights. The staff new our situation and continually gave us late check outs till we knew we were staying and then extended our stay. This allowed us to stay in the same room. The assistant manager (I’m sorry with all the trauma I forgot her name) She asked regularly how mom was doing and had I eaten. She called the manager and they comped us a night! We were surprised and so thankful. They blessed us!
