After staying in various locations near Aston, we found a better experience for less money. This place felt dirty and had a bad smell; it’s definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend it at all. Additionally, it's located across from a fire station, so you can hear all the sirens, which was awful.

The rooms were not clean. I was moved to another room and it still was not acceptable but had no choice as they had no available rooms. The AC filters looks like they havent been cleaned in months.

Needed to stay for few hours to sleep. The room was dirty. Bed had food crumbs in it and hair from last people. Bathroom was disgusting. Got there at 11 took forever to check in had to call front desk to change entire bed they were only going to change the sheet we were like the entire bed is dirty so the process to get clean linen took way longer then we could spare. We had to leave by 3am. I’m upset we paid for such an inconvenient unsanitary room

Our door handle wasn’t working, if you pulled on the door, it would have opened! It wasn’t safe at all, the desk service wasn’t friendly at all! I asked for room change and she barely gave us another one and made a remark this is the last room available!

Staff was great. Shuttle to and from airport was efficient and timely. It’s an older hotel and you can tell they are updating some things. Breakfast was good! Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels etc. Overall a great stay!
