Rooms were in less than ideal condition, beds were stained with urine, bathroom and furniture not cleaned properly. however the front desk staff went above and beyond on rectifying the issue and accommodating room changes and new linen.

Terrible! Especially bathroom, extremely dirty, long hairs everywhere in the shower. Shower is extremely dirty, dark black stains (grease from body). Ironing board, rusty old with thick sticky residue. Iron is old, rusty and dirty! Vending machines stole my cash twice and never produced items purchased. TERRIBLE EXPRIENCE.

The room was not as clean mostly bathroom found someone reading glasses inside our blanket and ironing board was broken. breakfast was ok. outside looked unsafe but we did not walk around the area so cannot say much.
