Check-in took 30-40 minutes and there were only 2 front desk representatives present. When I finally got to my room the bathroom had mold in the shower and blinds. The tub was also cracked and peeling. I was upgraded to a better room. The front desk team tried their best and it was appreciated at check-in. Checkout was horrible. Front desk representative stayed in the office and didn’t answer the phone all morning. She also had a terrible attitude. Her attitude alone would keep me from returning to this hotel. Valet couldn’t be found to retrieve my vehicle for 10-15 minutes. Nightmare!

For being the Hilton, the experience did not meet expectations at all. The tub and carpets were worn and needed cleaning. There weren't carts to lug all of our bags to and from the car. Staff didn't seem to care to seek and find them to support need.

Decent hotel. Welcoming staff. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel and the $60 per night parking fee seemed a bit outrageous. We were there at the end of Nlaxative was not great for things to do at night because of the season.
