The purpose of my trip was the Marathon weekend. The Hotel was great; the view from my room was very nice. The Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The only things that I would say that would have made my experience complete would have been if the Hotel had provided a shuttle from the Hotel the the start point of the race and included parking. I have always found it sort of distasteful that they charge for parking for customers who are staying at the Hotel.

The staff support was so bad, they weren’t nice at all. The front desk was not nice when he was telling us that there wasn’t a room available for us when we BOOKED it in advance! Like what’s the point of making a reservation??? overall unsatisfied with Hilton.

The staff and the view were above and beyond! Everyone was kind and smiling :) The view of the river from my room was spectacular - loved having three windows and plenty of space. The sheets could use some updating but otherwise the bed was comfortable and spacious.
