Room was clean and as described. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking across the street was super easy and convenient. Even during the Super Bowl parade/bday weekend they were exceptional in every way.

Perfect Location!

This is a really cool hotel! I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Philly. You need a key to activate the front door after dark & elevator so the building is secure. Someone was always at the front desk when we walked in which was nice. We had a 1br apartment & absolutely loved it. If you’re visiting Philly to bar hop, eat & sightsee this is the place for you! We didn’t need transportation because most things are walking distance.

We went for the Eagles Super Bowl. The room was beautiful, matched the pictures on the website. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Great location.

The apartment overall is very loud, especially the second BR was very loud. I think this should be listed so guests are aware. Freezer was completely smashed. We have alerted the front desk about the damage. The unit could use little upgrading. Its very dated.

Very convenient location in midtown near City Hall and Love Park and within walking distance of subway, shopping, attractions and dining. The room was very large, clean, comfortable and felt safe. The front desk people were nice and helpful. The room had a kitchenette with full sized fridge and a desk area separate from the bedroom space. We would definitely stay here again.

An Unexpected Surprise

ROOST Philadelphia is absolutely worth considering if you're looking to stay downtown. A block from City Hall makes the ROOST centrally located. The room itself was spacious, clean, and inviting. It had a very home-y feel to it. I would absolutely stay there again.
