🏠 Inside the Home

• The Layout: This is a cozy, efficient studio-style middle unit of a triplex. The main living area includes the king bed, kitchenette, and sitting space, with a separate private room containing the bunk bed.

• The Kitchenette: This is a convenience kitchen, not a full kitchen. There is no stove or oven. We provide a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, making it ideal for reheating food, preparing snacks, or making a quick breakfast rather than cooking full meals.



• Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, fresh towels, and basic essentials.



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Read Before Booking)

• Parking (Street Only): We offer Free Street Parking directly in front of the property. Please do not park in the dirt driveway or block the main house access. The street is safe and convenient!

• Shared Property: You are staying in the middle unit of a triplex. You have your own private entrance, but you share a common wall with the main house. You may hear muffled sounds from neighbors.

• Natural Light: As a converted casita, the space is cozy and keeps cool in the summer, but it does not have large panoramic windows. It is designed as a restful retreat rather than a bright sunroom.

• No Pool Access: Please note that the pool visible on the property belongs exclusively to the Main House (Unit A) and is not accessible to guests of this unit.



Guest Access:

• Entry: Contactless Self Check-in via a secure keypad.

• Privacy: You have a private entrance. The walkway to your unit is shared with the rear unit, but your space is your own.

Located in the 85015 zip code, you are situated in a classic Central Phoenix residential neighborhood.

• The Vibe: A blend of working families and renovated properties. It is an urban environment, so you get the convenience of the city with a neighborhood feel.

• Nearby: You are just minutes from the "Melrose District" on 7th Ave, known for its vintage shops, incredible antique stores, and trendy mid-century modern aesthetic.

• Dining: Plenty of local favorites for tacos, coffee, and brunch are within a 5-minute drive.



Getting Around:

This location is a launchpad for the entire Valley of the Sun:



• Downtown Phoenix: 10 to 12 minute drive (Sports, Concerts, Convention Center).

• Old Town Scottsdale: 20 to 25 minute drive (Nightlife, Shopping).

• Sky Harbor Airport: 15 to 20 minute drive.

• Golf: Over 10 golf courses are within a short driving radius



Other Things to Note:

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the hold on your card, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.

• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for $79 fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
