Relax at this peaceful 3rd story condo in a gated community. This beautiful unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 684 square feet. Adorable 3rd story (36 steps) condo located right in the center of everything! With easy access to golf, hiking, the Phoenix Zoo, Phoenix airport, shopping and more. Featuring North/South exposures, 9ft ceilings, covered balcony, washer, dryer and refrigerator! The complex features a heated community pool & spa, work-out facility and walking paths.

****Walking up and down three flights of stairs (36 steps) is necessary as there is no elevator****. Please ensure you are comfortable with getting some extra vertical steps in before reserving. :-)

Phoenix Stay

Wonderful stay. Condo is as advertised and more! Great area, close to many amenities. Onsite facilities are great (pools, gym, BBQ area) and very easy to walk within the complex. Property Manager very responsive - easy check in procedure and was in touch when we had questions. We did have a minor issue and the property manager was all over it and made things right...Very positive experience and we would most definitely return if we go to AZ again. Many Thanks!!!
