Water pressure was sucky, water got luke warm, the other elevator was down, the elevator I was on started screeching and wasn’t displaying their last elevator safety check. Then the emergency light started flashing at the bottom and all.

Staff member bar the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude also the driver both worked Friday morning around 8am were terrible with there service, I was calm and respectful trying to see if I could get accommodations because I got there early but after 8 hours in the airport because they told me to keep calling back which I did around 7:30am that’s when my trip reached its worst point I was scared to drop off my luggage because of the disrespect I received I was hung up on multiple times and no one even wanted to hear me out, my room was prepaid before I got there with no refund option so this kind of disrespect made me fear having to go through with my stay, I’ve never had this type of experience before so it was mentally draining and frustrating, the supervisor tried to fix things after the 14hours I had been there but the emotional damage was already done I wouldn’t recommend staying their for any guest, I was told I wouldn’t get my money back and I had no choice but to wait til 4pm check in time and hung up on repeatedly before ever getting a word in this was the worst experience ever

We loved this location! The building’s setup reminded me of being in Hawaii. Very welcoming staff armed with cookies (including going out of their way to make sure I got allergen free), and great tips for brunch. I would love to stay here again!

The room was fairly clean. The microwave was dirty and my blanket. Nakeyla at the front desk was extremely pleasant and made me feel welcomed. I was not pleased with the appearance of the property. It looked dated and I expected more. The buttons for the elevator do not illuminate. The outdoor furniture looks worn out. The amenities were nice however. I was told that I would get a $15 dollar daily credit that was not honored because I booked the stay through a third party. I did not like that. I am a diamond member. The breakfast was disappointing. I ate a sausage and I could tell it was sitting for a long time or likely cooked and reused from the day. The hotel was quiet and I appreciated seeing security.
