It was so hot in the room I couldn’t get comfortable and I was overheated which made me sick. I’ll never stay at that hotel again

The valet parking is strange but it works well unless it’s during check in time. Our party had three rooms and one had a clogged drain, one had a broken refrigerator and then one of us got locked out of our room because the security bolt caught on the door. The free breakfast was amazing, there were tons of options to choose from. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable and the room temperature was great! We went to a baseball game at Chase field so the location was the best as it was only a couple blocks walk. There is also a grocery store and Starbucks a block away :)

Close to Chase field and Phoenix arena. Lobby and breakfast area clean and comfy. Our room needed some maintenance. Shampoo dispenser had fallen off thr wall. King mattress was terribly sagging. Not comfortable. Dirty, old wash cloth was tossed to the back of a shelf in the bathroom. Missed by housekeeping for months. Dishwasher did not work. Fridge was good size and very cold.
