This community is ideally situated between the White Tank Mountains, Estrella Mountain Park, and Downtown Phoenix. The planned 6,100 homes of PebbleCreek in Goodyear offer a myriad of enviable amenities and a lifestyle that keeps residents engaged. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children, 3 18 hole golf courses, arts and craft centers, restaurants/coffee shops, pickleball, tennis and so much more. And the house WOW!!! Have dinner at the outdoor fire table with a golf course view. Just relax. It's all done for you. Just relax. PebbleCreek is a senior community and at least one of the people staying must be 40 (guests can be younger) also a minimum stay is one month.
