Thanks for considering our rental home for your visit to the Phoenix area.

This "sunshine retreat" is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the active adult community (Minimum age requirement 55) of Sun City West with convenient access to retail shops and one of the largest Frys grocery stores in the country--a real destination spot.

The Retreat affords lots of space starting with a large living room, a fully-stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and large dining room, master bedroom with en suite, spacious guest room (walk-in closets in both bedrooms) and a delightful screened-in Arizona room where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, happy hour or BBQ'd fare in an appealing outdoor setting.

We've got the techies covered with four flat screen TV's throughout the home, satellite TV service and WIFI to handle your internet and streaming needs. (So, when you're not site seeing, hiking, golfing, attending baseball spring training, hockey or football games, you can be fully entertained in the comfort of your own home away from home.)

Because you can't escape the routine tasks in life, even when on an amazing retreat to Sun City, Arizona, Sonnet offers a washer and dryer and any storage you may need in the AMPLE utility room. The attached two-car garage provides convenient, secure parking.

Nice stay in Sun City West

We enjoyed the location and dog friendly space. The house was clean and orderly and the neighborhood was quiet. Thankfully we were away during the heat of the day for activities, the AC was not working optimally but was sufficient for sleeping after the sun went down. Bob was awesome and responsive in getting the AC fixed asap and during an extreme heat wave. Thanks, Bob!!

Our first choice for stays in SCW

Really enjoy staying in Bob’s home in Sun City West. We’ve stayed 3 times now and always find the home clean and Bob is just a wonderful host to work with. He is super responsive if anything does come up. The home is spacious and well kept. It is in one of the older sections of SCW and not super fancy but it is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. The backyard is great for relaxing and all the TVs have either Roku or Direct TV available.
