Everything you could need fully furnished golf course home. A great home to spend your vacation in! No carpet! Misting system on back patio. Fenced in back yard, iron fence doesn't detract from view . Beautiful sunsets you'll enjoy
Sun city was created by del Webb , he wanted everything to be within easy access. Groceries, churches ,, shopping, doctors recreation center restaurant ,hospitals,baseball basketball football venue are all close. Lovely sidewalks to take an evening stroll.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped that made our stay enjoyable. Perfect is hard to come by but this was just that for the two of us in our 70's and our dog. We all enjoyed the views of the golf course and the frequent and different birds visiting. We will stay here again in the future.

Lovely home. Debbie was amazing. So helpful and responsive. Went out of her way to make her home welcoming and comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Lots of space to relax. We loved the garden and enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. Really enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we come back to the area.

I loved everything about my stay at Debbie’s place! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly and communicative. She left thoughtful snacks and touches (like treats for my dog!) in the VRBO. The place is much larger than the pictures show, it’s very comfortable, cozy and spacious. The yard was amazing, my dog loved it. The fence is high and secure if you’re bringing your pet along. My grandpa lives in the area, so this is a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting family. Would highly recommend. We will stay again when we visit.Thanks Debbie!

Great house with a saguaro in backyard!

The house was as stated and nice and clean. The backyard was awesome and opened up to a golf course. The yard had a large beautiful saguaro and we enjoyed watching the many birds and rabbits that live nearby. Overall, great experience

awesome place

The property was great. The location is good, grocery store 5 minutes away not to mention DQ and a fabulous bakery both about 5 minutes away. There is major shopping area about 15 minutes away. The house was clean, lots of linens etc and 2 bathrooms was great. The kitchen is well equipped. The fenced back yard was great for our fur baby. One great feature for us was the fact that there was not only dish TV but there was a DVR. Debbie is an awesome host. She leaves goodies not only for you but also for the dog. She is very approachable and willing to take care of any need you would have. We definitely would stay here again, in fact this was our 2nd stay. Loved it!

Above and Beyond Our Expectations

Debbie was a great host! Excellent communication! She went above and beyond to help us get oriented. She treated us like family and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This place is a gem!! The beds were comfortable TV, Internet, everything we needed for your stay. It was just perfect.

Perfect for our needs

This house worked really well for our needs when coming into the area for a wedding. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the little extras that were there for us when we arrived: snacks, drinks and flowers. Although the daytime temperatures were in the 90s the air conditioning in the house kept us plenty cool. Although we didn't do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed. The gardens are beautiful. We loved seeing hummingbirds, rabbits and mourning doves. A previous review had mentioned the noisy jets and we have experienced them when we were in the area before (late afternoon, early evening). Unfortunately we did not get to hear/see any jets this visit.

Home is close to one of the Recreation Centers. We were able to walk there. A lot of citrus fruit trees. Yard had a fence so our dog had a place to go while we were home.

The home was very nice and cozy. Love the little bunnies and quail during the day and into the evening. Debbie, the host couldn't have been nicer. She left beautiful flowers and part of a cake for us to eat, which we really much enjoyed. Also a bag of treats for the dog. We would highly recommend this place to stay as we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect home for traveling with fur babies. Our cat loved the big window facing the golf course. She sat for hours watching the birds and bunnies. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Debbie, the owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. It is an older home, but very well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience.

We stayed for approx. 5 wks. & really did not like being in Sun City. We compared Sun City to The Villages in FL. & were really disappointed. Main reason, close proximity to Luke Air Force Base. Jets started at 7:00 AM until 5 or later. Home very well stocked & hostess was very helpful & friendly. Would recommend if jet noise does not bother you.

Canine Friendly

Property is in need of updating but our Lab loved the secure fenced in backyard backing to the golf course. Rabbits, quail, and passing golfers kept her busy. The rock area made it easy to find and pick up her deposits. It took her some time to get used to the slick flooring. The home was stocked with everything that we might have needed by our host, Debbie. Communication was excellent. We would have reserved again but it was already taken.
