The check in process was difficult. The person checking us in didn't acknowledge us, started talking and I didn't realize she was on her cell phone while checking me in. The quality of the sheets was horrible. I had to go to my car to get a blanket to lay on because the pilling on the sheets was too itchy to lay on. The noise of just people walking through the halls or on the floor above us made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel needs a deep dive cleaning. The carpet in our room had stains. There was mold around the shower where it had leaked and tried to have been repaired along with loose and broken tiles. The elevator was so filthy, it had crud along the floor trim and filth dirty tiles. The bed linens were so thin that the top sheet on our bed was half torn off. The bathroom linens were also thread bare enough you could see through them. When I called down to request extra or exchange the wash clothes we were told we would have to bring the dirty ones down to exchange them. I promise I wasn’t going to steal you thin wash clothes. There was one packet of coffee in our room for 3 people. When we received our billing it was for more then quoted in the website by $13.21. It’s not a lot , the desk clerk and manager just kept saying so much per room plus state tax, plus hotel tax and a total is $233.10. I finally said I would pay it but this review would be sent and I would not recommend or ever stay there again

The staff were not accessible and not very welcoming. The pool was not clean nor was the lobby or hallways etc. Flooring and furniture was old. Breakfast time was short and food appeared as leftover and reheated. Bathroom was updated and clean but sink was stopped up. For $100 - not impressed!

Great stay!
No complaints. Second stay at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. Close to the main interstate and activities. The front desk clerk was excellent! The cleaning staff were very friendly.

From the time I got out of my car and approached the door of the hotel I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness around the entrance. There was cigarette butts all over the ground at the entrance, a grill set up across from it with tanks rusted and tipped over. Inside the lobby were poker machines. We were told that since we were registered for an extended stay that we would not receive housekeeping until day seven and if we required clean towels we had to bring the dirty ones to the desk and request clean ones. For the entire 7 days we only saw 2 employees at the desk and only one housekeeper. The hotel is overall very run down and not up to Radisson standards. The comforter on my bed had makeup stains from a previous guest; rather than complain I just covered it with the sheet. I will NEVER book with Hotels.com again and will Never go back to a Radisson hotel again. In the future I will stick with Marriott or Hilton!

The common areas of the hotel were very hot almost like the AC wasn't working well. There were multiple door frame trim moldings missing. The rooms were very humid even with turning the AC down, it never got very cold, and the AC unit looked very dirty with dirt and what looked like crumbs in it. They seemed very understaffed as I was told at check in that they weren't offering housekeeping during my 2-night stay and if I needed anything changed or cleaned, I was to bring it to the front desk to have it replaced. The complimentary breakfast was good, however I wish they would have individual cartons of Milk instead of just sitting a pitcher of milk in a bin of ice.

I requested a handicapped accessible room. If you have to step up into a tub its not handicapped accessible. My fire alarm was going off in the middle of the night. I had to change rooms at 1am. The new room wasn't a handicapped room so it didn't habe grab bars. So needing a knee replacement I needed tge bars i almost fell. My second room smelled like cat pee. I took my son swimming and had to ask for towels a few times. Because there were none. The continental breakfast waa gross the food was inder cooked. Only thing that was good was the coffee and the very nice Caribbean lady at the front desk. Other than that it was ok for the price.

This Country Inn & Suites was dirty! I had reserved a King Suite. The room was large, but wasn’t clean! The couch had stains on it as well as the carpeting. We placed a towel, on the couch, in order to sit on it. The back of the bathroom door looked like someone puked on it! There was a mark! The indoor pool water was green & murky. I couldn’t see the bottom! It looked unsafe to swim in. Front desk clerk said it was clean! What a joke! Breakfast-scrambled eggs, sausage & waffles were all gone by 9:00! My husband was in the dining area around 8:45 AM. We walked back into the dining area around 9:15 AM, to get a coffee to go, & the front desk clerk was eating scrambled eggs & waffles! My husband asked, as he opened the lid to the chaffing dishes, “fresh eggs & waffles?” Her reply “ They’re all gone!” I have pictures of the room & pool! I will be sending these photos to Country Inn & Suites corporate!
