I did not like that there wasn’t just free WiFi. The man at the desk signed me up 3 times and by the time I got back to my room it was gone. My husband was on the phone for 15 minutes with IT getting WiFi on his computer. Really? The cheapest, oldest hotels I’ve stayed at have free WiFi that you just click on. Why isn’t there ice on all floors. Only 2 and 4 have one and you can only access the floor if you have a room on 2 or 4. This was higher cost than our Comfort Inn in Cuyahoga Falls, but they had better amenities and customer service. Some of the Hampton employees were very helpful, but others weren’t. This is like shrinkflation, only in hotels. We will be avoiding Hampton Inn & Suites in our future travel.

There was a thunderstorm that knocked out their computer system. This meant they couldn’t make keys for the rooms. Everyone was so nice. They had to walk us to our room every time we came back! Very kind. Everyone had a smile! It was very nice to see people trying their best in a hard situation!

Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond for their guests. You can tell it’s the standard because they go above and beyond so casually. Clean room with tons of space. Very up to date location. Big lobby with plenty of room for people. New technology in rooms. Great stay from start to finish.

There were very loud banging sounds? in the middle of the night... Not sure what that was about. But the room was nice and clean. I can't blame the property for the noise issue, but it was quite disruptive and alarming. Nice room overall.

First we got there, and the pool was closed, looked like had been for a while. No mention in the website. We specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. Second, we were next to a couple who fought all night. With a poor younger child screaming. Stayed awake to make sure didn’t hear anyone getting hurt. We did call the front desk but it took a while for them to get there. And hours for it to dwindle down. Woke up to the the yelling again. Will never stay at this hotel again.
