From the minute you walked through the door until the time you check out the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even on a very busy Halloween night the bar tender went above and beyond to take care of everyone

My stay was great the only thing that was not so great was housekeeping came to clean our room 1 time out of 3 nights and didn’t even clean our room they forgot there cleaning spray bottle in the restroom. But nothing was done.

The facility was VERY clean. However used heavy cleaning products. We were confirmed checked in prior to our flight by a supervisor named Tammy who confirmed our room and digital key, due to delays we landed late and could not access our room through the digital key (at almost midnight) we were given a physical key and went back and were still unsuccessful. Upon trying several times we heard someone on the other end, needless to say our room was in fact someone else’s room. When we went back down they stated this has never happened before the don’t know how it happened and gave us a different room that smelled of pure bleach. The next day we were unable to access our room as the digital key and physical keys did not work, maintenance’s was not in the building so we had to ask the front desk several times to let us in as the battery was dead on the main keypad. We went to the bar for the skeleton bar and noticed when the bar tender was serving drinks the Tito’s bottle was empty, I mentioned to another guest the bottle appeared empty when she shook it and tried to pour, upon receiving our drinks I asked for a shot of Tito’s, she informed me there was no more and still charged me full price for the drink when I saw the bottle was clearly empty and tasted of juice. Needless to say I wouldn’t be returning to this hotel. The staff was dishonest and unfriendly.
