Every time I needed the front desk personnel- I had to wait. There was a sign saying “helping other guests be right back”nope! Hanging outside smoking. I was on the 6th floor- whole floor very humid. My brother was on 3rd floor and it was fine. On check out, as soon as the elevator doors opened, we were hit with the most disgusting smell- there were workmen there-i assume to take care of it, but all I saw was them walking around and laughing about how terrible it smelled. Really disappointing stay. Also VERY dated room and the bed was the worst!!! With even the slightest movement, the bed creeked SO LOUDLY!! I never leave reviews, but the experience was that bad.

My favorite part was the Tesla destination chargers!!! Made my life so much less stressful. The room was perfectly fine too. Needed a light above the shower. Couldn’t find how to turn it on. Comfortable beds. For the price it served my needs perfectly.
