The front desk night crew were rude and unpleasant. The facility was very old and the mattresses were very poor quality. The stay left the hallways and elevator with food all over from guest. The only bright side was the weight room that was spacious with decent older equipment.

Breakfast hours were incorrectly posted on website in 2 places. Desk clerk informed us that correct info was on the inside of the card folder. We were always told that coffee is available all the time which is not the case. Everything else was very good but the misinformation was disappointing.

Yes , we were in town for an event and we were not able to check in till 11:30 pm cause our room wasn't ready , and I was still charged full price that's not right at all . I booked tht room months ago . I would like at least half my money back . I feel charging full price isn't right considering we couldn't check in till 11 :30 pm

Hotel was quiet on the 6th floor. Was a little disappointed with the beverage machines. Seems like everything was sold out on our floor. But the Alcove next door to the hotel Has amazing food and a worker named Jojo that was a great guy. Lady that check us in at the hotel was sweet too.
