Location was great, not far from Interstates and PNC Park. We enjoyed the quiet and the convenience. On the negative side, we were surprised to find that the bathroom had no bar soap or toilet brush and the toilet tissue was flimsy.

We got the 2 Queen bedrrom, staff super dry and unwelcoming..not even an smile. The rooms are not up to date, the hoyel felt empty. We didnt feel safe at all. The bed sheets were clean but old (ripped)

After we checked in I felt a lot better about the place but definitely was very taken a back about how old it looked when pulling up to the building. I was staying with my young grandson and wanted to feel safe and comfortable in the area. After speaking with the staff I was definitely more at ease. They were very helpful and curtious. I do wish it was a little more up to date however. Breakfast was great but very crowded.
