The Space:

The condo is located in the Serenada Condos complex and is located amongst the best of the best in downtown Playa del Carmen! This centrally located complex is just a short walk from some of the most popular beaches and beach clubs in Playa. The property is located just a 1/2 block from the famous 5th Avenue! The complex also has a spectacular rooftop pool, sky bar, lounge area, and fitness room so you don’t miss a workout! Whether you stay for 2-days or 2-months, you’ll enjoy experiencing an elevated lifestyle!



The main spaces of the 4th-floor condo:



- A bright and airy SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to your private balcony where you have a table and chairs plus a dining table! The space is outfitted with luxurious furnishings, interesting artwork, and a wall-mounted TV.

Getting Around:

The condo is located at the Serenada Condos complex about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), however, check your mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s free garage parking available.



Other Things to Note:

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.



Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Please be aware that the neighboring apartment is currently under repair until further notice. Noise expected Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, and trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Because of its prime location, you may hear noise at night from nearby establishments **There is a bar across the street that’s open until midnight, which can get noisy. If you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, keep that in mind.**



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property and you’ll find the keys in the lockbox. We'll provide you the code before arrival.

Safe, secure, beautiful and relaxing condo!

I am thrilled that I found this condo to stay in. The location was excellent as we spent time eating and shopping at fifth Avenue. It was also close to the beach. It has 24 hour security. The finishes and decor in the condo are premium. I loved the hanging chair. I was also assisted by the host in booking my airport transfer. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool. We would love to stay here again..

Better than expected!

We just had the best family getaway!! The location was perfect! The cleanliness and thoughtfulness that went into all that was available to use (even a muscle roller!) was above and beyond! Management was attentive and helped to look after our needs. Julio - patio bartender - was a sweetheart! Locals that lived in the building (shared their space) were gracious and helpful! The only bummer was the small beds. We had 4 teenagers. So, likely one per bed is all that should have been expected. But we made it work! Would love to come back again!!
