There was nobody at the front counter for 10 minutes after we arrived and then during the check in process she made some inappropriate sexual comments when my wife went to the car for her I.D. . The rest of the staff was pleasant and professional though.

The room was on the ground floor, and the lock on the window was broken, so it was easily accessible to persons outdoors. There was no one at the service desk to assist us when we called. There was a long, dark curly hair wrapped up in a folded washcloth. There were areas on the floor that were unclean. I told the person at the desk that we cancelled the rest of our stay, only to be told that we couldn't cancel! We left the very next day. The water in the pool was overflowing out of the pool and the area was unclean. Nobody used it even though it was hot enough to do so. I have never been so disgusted by a motel and how unhelpful the management was in regards to our request for help. Do not stay at this location for any reason whatsoever.

Front desk called in the morning threatening to tow my vehicle. They stated the permit wasn’t displayed in my windshield. It was. They also stayed my vehicle registration wasn’t up to date. It is. I travel frequently. Never has this ever happened.

Very basic, barely adequate motel. Lots of freeway noise..window would not quite close. No coffee. Towel holder had big holes in it. Floor was old and needed to be replaced. I was not expecting luxury, but not this level.
