Liked that it was walking distance to everything. Didnt like that out tv was not working and their was nobody that could come to fix it. Also no clock or wake up call. People upstairs were very noisy . Kids were running around at 6 am. Woke as al up. We were exhausted from the night before.

Dirty and bugs
I always like to start with positives... This place has a lot of potential. It is in a great location near the beach and far enough away from the loud section of the boardwalk. The pool was beautiful, and the view was great. Unfortunately, this place is not being taken care of appropriately. The room was filthy... Mold in the bathroom, filthy rugs with stains, stains on bedding. Even the towels had some stains. Now onto the bugs. The first night there my husband killed 4 spiders. The next morning we woke up to an infestation of red ants on the floor near the door. They were actually on my husband as he woke up that morning. The next issue was the noise. All you could hear were the footsteps on the floor above you. The neighbors below us called to complain about us because my 6 year old was crying after falling in the shower around 9 pm. The boy (yes a very young boy) that came up was nice enough about it, but truly the problem is that any noise is heard from one floor to the next very easily. The next problem was the air conditioner. It was extremely loud. It sounded an awful lot like a lawn mower. It was also held into the wall with duct tape. The pool was freezing. The staff at the place were not very friendly either. When my husband came to complain about the air conditioner, the girl at the front desk wasn't at alI helpful and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It needs a lot off work and a change in how they run things.

Great location And view we will be back
This hotel is well kept with a great dtaff and the view is perfect.Great common area if you dont get a balcony.

Won't Be Returning
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Size of rooms, mattresses, less furniture cluttering the rooms.
Location:The location was not the most convenient as far as location. The only plus is that the beach is not crowded there since it is away from the activities
The room was extremely small and cramped. The mattresses were lumpy and noisy. The TV wasn't working and it took some effort to convince the manager to call the cable company. Also, the location was quite a distance from the activities and shops. If it's comfort and convenience you are looking for, this isn't the place.
