Clean,very nice staff. Convenient location. Only negative was the pet friendly experience. We did not have pets but had to listen to someone else’s dogs barking for 45 minutes at 7:30 am

Staff were great. Hotel is new, opened in August. Only downfalls: 1/ no breakfast and 2/ we stayed in a room next to the outdoor patio, even with both blinds closed, the room was too lit up to sleep well.

The hotel itself was super clean and the front desk staff were friendly ! The only issue main issue we had wad with the water pressure . Made it almost hard showering.

This place is brand new - so much so that the lobby still has that new house smell (not in a bad way!) Room was nice, bed was super comfy - amazing what a difference a brand new mattress makes. Convenient location to Portsmouth, Kittery and UNH. Will definitely stay again.

The hotels.com listing was wrong about the pet fee so I paid more than I wanted. The building is new but unfortunately I could hear the other guests through the walls and traffic noise even up on the third floor. Also it would have been much more convenient NOT to be on the 3rd floor with a dog. There was only 1 sugar pack for the 4 coffee pods. Really geared for longer stays since there isn’t breakfast.

Hotel was really nice! You can tell they work hard to keep it clean! The staff was extremely friendly and happy to help if you needed! Room was extremely spacious and comfortable, only “complaint” is the pillows were awful so bring your own The outside patio area was fantastic having the grill to use and the fire pits to relax was extremely enjoyable; only thing to make it better is to throw down some cornhole boards!
