Compared to other similarly priced hotels, There is room for improvement for certain. Elevator floors dirty, room cleaning missed and breakfast was mostly processed food -salty, lukewarm and lack of variety (2 brands of yogurt - all strawberry!). Towels were thin,small and scratch

1. 1 day before my arrival, the hotel told me my reserved room is not available anymore. Then it turns out to be a mistake but really make me upset. 2. The hot water only last no more than 3 minutes and stopped in the middle of my shower. Although we were told the maintenance will check it, but the whole morning we were unable to take showers and nobody helped. Really want refund for the disappointing service
