Rooms are very very small and very outdated . The staff are lovey and very accommodating but the property needs major updating. Great location to the beach.

The staff here were incredibly helpful when my son got injured in the pool. They also showed the pool to both kids at check in because they were dying to see it. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly but it wasn’t a big problem.

The Pro's: Outstanding water pressure in the shower. I've stayed at roughly 100 different hotels and this is easily a top 5 in that regard. Getting checked in & out was pretty seamless. The Cons: The beds absolutely suck. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Patio table was pretty dirty, shower curtain only covered half of the shower so I had to throw a towel down in order to not completely soak the bathroom floor, room was pretty small. Parking was a bit of a headache too but, with all the places to stay in the area, I can understand not all places can get premium parking lots.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the true condition of the property. While the basic linens and surfaces were clean upon arrival, it quickly became apparent that the space has not been well-maintained. There was visible mold in the bathroom, the carpet was extremely worn and dirty, and several furnishings were outdated or broken. When we first arrived, the room was stocked with only one set of towels and a single pillow per person. Although the staff was responsive and eventually provided what we needed, we had to follow up multiple times and were told it had simply been forgotten—understandable during a busy holiday, but still frustrating. The biggest letdown was the pool area. There was a clear stain around the waterline that suggested a past mold issue, the pool furniture was in poor condition, and the deck had overgrown grass and cracks in the non-slip surface. The location is likely the main selling point, and the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the overall condition of the property did not match what was advertised, and we left feeling misled and disappointed.
