Heating unit in 423 needs maintenance or repairs. When on it makes a loud rattling sound. It woke me up when it turned on at 5am. I had to turn it off to go back to sleep, so of course when I woke up later the room was cold.

Have stayed here many times b/c it is up to date, clean, and quiet. This time, one of the two elevators was out-of-order, which was a pain. The only downside is the endless nickel-and-diming by Hilton, trying to get you to pay extra fees (unless you are a "diamond" member); e.g., for breakfast, better wi-fi, etc. It's annoying. It's nice that they have a little self-service convenience mart, but they rape you on those items also.
