Reserved room and specifically requested a room close to the elevator or on the first floor due to me being in a wheelchair. When we got to the hotel just after midnight they informed us their elevator was broken and they had no availability on the first floor. It was nonrefundable and it took me 30-40 mins to get my refund confirmed through hotels.com - which was a fairly easy process despite the hotel being slow to respond. Disappointed in Holida Inn!

They had bugs in the rooms and hallways, the ice machine didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, it was very difficult as I had surgery and only had use of one arm and I was on 4th floor. The only thing that was working correctly was the pool and hot tub that was the best part of my stay.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars, otherwise would have been 2. I had noticeably dirty sheets, had to get a new set. The price is great for a last minute reservation. The hot tub is a great plus.

The room was beautiful, the food was good & Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but you can tell the water was warm. Definitely will stay here again.
