Travelled with family and small children

I've been on the fence whether to rate this property a 3 or 4 and I ultimately had to go with a 3 for us personally. Here's why.
The property is well-maintained and clean and the staff was always very accommodating with anything we requested.
But we were here for 8 days and the level of discomfort and confusion we experienced made us ultimately cancel a future reservation we had at another Residence Inn on our return trip because we couldn't do this anymore. The beds are very firm to the point that our son decided sleeping on the pullout bed was more comfortable even for his young body. The chairs at the dining table were bar height while the table was standard height, making it impossible to sit with your legs under the table. Tried moving the table to the couch, but the legs were so wobbly we didn't want to break it. We'd brought games to pass the time but that went out the window. And that couch was so low you had to do a squat to get up off of it, so that means there was basically nowhere comfortable to sit.
There was only one bedside table for two queen beds so I had to use the ironing board to hold my CPAP. There were exactly zero towel hooks in the bathroom (the only one that should've been there was broken). If there was a method to how often housekeeping would come, we certainly never figured it out. And all of this was for a "mobility accesible room".
So it's certainly no roach motel, but maybe not rest for weary travelers either.
