Dear Guest, We are terribly disappointed that your stay at the resort was not as pleasant as it could have been. We understand that making assumptions is very damaging to the integrity of the staff and other clients and in this sense, we provide assistance if a guest files a formal complaint and help them complete the process with the correspondent authorities. If the guest refuses to make a report to authorities or does not inform or report an incident or accident neither to Front Desk Department, Guest Service Manager, Hotel Management or any employee from the resort and follows the requested procedures it makes it difficult for us to provide the best assistance to our guests. We work very hard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and collaborators and in addition, the resort premises is assisted by the Tourist Police Department and incidents like the one you comment are not the norm at this resort at all, therefore we would have preferred to learn this from you during your stay at the resort in order to investigate and request the help from authorities and to give a definitive solution Again, we are very sorry to read about this incident in your review. Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your opinion. I am certainly very disappointed that your stay was not as pleasant as it could have been. On behalf of the resort, I apologize for any inconvenience or lapse during your stay, Concerning your comment about the insects, we inform you, that we dispose of programs of protection against insect and rats pests and we apply them more than set up by law. This situation does not happen very often and depends on the hot clime we have in this area. In the moments of extreme temperatures, especially the flying insects enter from the garden or from the street. In regards to the activities program, one of the big problems of the entertainment programs is that we have three different principal tourist markets, British, Spanish and German, but we have also a considerable increase of Belgian, Dutch and Portuguese tourists, which makes a perfect entertainment for all of them and in all languages very difficult. We work very hard every day to improving our activities with a constant formation of our staff. Therefore we offer courses, where we set great foreign languages. In addition, we post all rules and regulations for pool use as well schedule since there is no lifeguard which we duly inform our guest and have the signs in the pool area. However I feel again that these inconveniences have caused discomfort during your stay and in any case, I would have been delighted to have been able to attend you personally and help you make your stay more pleasant.
