Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your opinion. I am certainly very disappointed that your stay was not as pleasant as it could have been. On behalf of the resort, I apologize for any inconvenience or lapse during your stay, Concerning your comment about the insects, we inform you, that we dispose of programs of protection against insect and rats pests and we apply them more than set up by law. This situation does not happen very often and depends on the hot clime we have in this area. In the moments of extreme temperatures, especially the flying insects enter from the garden or from the street. In regards to the activities program, one of the big problems of the entertainment programs is that we have three different principal tourist markets, British, Spanish and German, but we have also a considerable increase of Belgian, Dutch and Portuguese tourists, which makes a perfect entertainment for all of them and in all languages very difficult. We work very hard every day to improving our activities with a constant formation of our staff. Therefore we offer courses, where we set great foreign languages. In addition, we post all rules and regulations for pool use as well schedule since there is no lifeguard which we duly inform our guest and have the signs in the pool area. However I feel again that these inconveniences have caused discomfort during your stay and in any case, I would have been delighted to have been able to attend you personally and help you make your stay more pleasant.
