Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Closets are stocked with linens, and a main hallway closet with beach items is available for your use.

The location has a beautiful view of the city but, sits up high so may not be good if you have any mobility problems. Otherwise the view is spectacular in the morning and evening. The air conditioning was wonderful and you do need it. The cleaning was not as detailed as we had hoped in the bathroom sinks and the dishwasher may need a good cleaning.

Property is quiet with an amazing view! WIFI was great, worked remotely while staying here. The bed in the master suite is very comfortable, slept great every night. It was great to have a washer/dryer. Place has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay.Alejandro was a great host (one of the best I’ve experienced). He is very well connected and knowledgeable about the PV area. Made sure we had everything we needed and even set up transportation back to the airport on our departure day.Will definitely book another stay at this property. Highly recommended!

Nice that three individuals can have their own bedroom with their own onsuite. However one of the toilets did not flush properly. Unfortunately washing machine broke down during stay but couldn’t be fixed but owner was attentive to the problem. No English translation for dishwasher so not sure how to wash with hot water nor was the manager. Microwave is placed too high up and difficult to see pad. Some kitchen cupboards and drawers need to be reorganized. There was of lots of cutlery except we couldn’t the knifes for a couple of days when manager found them. We had to arrange the lamps so that there was a working bedside lamp by each bed. in main bedroom lamps did not work prpbably light bulb needed changing.In advertising the description shows 3 minute walk to Olas Altas St in fact it was over 13 minutes (over steep terraine).

My mother (77) and my sister and I found this property as we wanted to get together but have the privacy of separate rooms. We were sold immediately when we saw the photos and knowledge of three bathrooms as well! Great to be away together but have our own facilities. It would be great to add a kettle for the British travellers who want some tea in the morning: if there is one, we were unable to find it but managed without! :)The location is a little out of the way from town though a short walk as suggested in the write up. However, there are a lot of cobble stones and uneven paving so not ideal for elderly folks maybe. In saying that, the tranquillity of the property was a joy to return to after the busy town activities! We got a lot of Ubers into the town which was so easy and inexpensive.The pool is out of the way from the condo and did not appear to get any sun thru our stay. Access to it is extremely off-putting with those steep stairs so we did not use it. I would probably take the photos off the listing as it is misleading and looks like it’s part of the actual unit with easy access.The property was well maintained and it was always lovely to walk into the air conditioning after a day out!! Fantastic to have our own washer/dryer! Alejandro was very helpful with our arrival and departure especially with my heavy suitcase! Ultimately, we had a restful stay and will recommend your listing to others. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning

Kim’s place is impeccable! I stayed for 7 nights. The view was amazing. Very easy to “WFH.” The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while in Central America. The towels were fluffy and smelt so good. The communication during my trip was superb! Alejandro or Alex, was top notch in service during my stay. He would routinely check in to see if I need anything. He is very well connected in the PV area. This was a solo birthday trip and he made sure I had bubbly to celebrate! Would highly recommend this place!
