Condos Mar a La Vista, OCEAN VIEW!, Condo # 1

The condo is located 3 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta (Malecon), it is a quiet place with a very nice view in the mornings and sunsets, we have shared and secure parking.
It is very close to the center of Puerto Vallarta where I would recommend visiting the Cuale River Island, in addition to Colomitos, Las Ánimas, Quimixto, Yelapa among other beautiful beaches offered by the south side of Puerto Vallarta, however there are also the beaches that are for the north are the ones in the state of Nayarit, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho, La Lancha, among other things.

The condominium is located 3 minutes from midtown of Puerto Vallarta (Malecon), to get to the condominium from the bus stop it's 500 meters and the street it is a little bit inclined, so it is recommended to bring a car or always pay Uber or Taxi for this condominium, the department has parking which is shared with other condos, this area is quiet and safe to park your car during the night

This condominium also has a shared rooftop with an amazing view, you can access it if its not reserved for the day, unfortunately this condominium doesn’t allow parties nor loud noises
The condominium is located on the first floor but nevertheless we have a common area on the last floor which you can access to it unless a condo has rented it in advance, currently the Jacuzzi that is on the terrace is out of order unfortunately, but there is also a bar with benches and a bathroom too. This common area has an access schedule that is from (7am to 10pm).
The condominium it's on the first floor but we have a common area on the rooftop where you can appreciate the beautiful view and take a cup of coffee with you and enjoy the moment, unfortunately the jacuzzi on the rooftop is out of service but we have a bar with some chairs for you to use and enjoy your time with your friends.

IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE RESERVING!
Currently the building in which the condominium is in the process of building an elevator, so there will be personnel working on the interior work and construction sounds may also be heard on a schedule of (9/9: 30 am. until 5: 30/6: 00 pm.) So they are notified once here so as not to have any inconvenience at the time of arrival, the work does not affect the accommodation in any other aspect since it is outside in the hall where you will be working.

Right now the condominium is going through the construction of the elevator on the inside, so probably there will be some loud construction noices from (9/9: 30am till 5: 30 / 6pm), the construction doesn't affect the place at all , your will have your private condo for yourself, but besides the noice the place is perfectly habitable, without further ado, we will be happy to receive you in our place.
