The place is nice but the area is quite underwhelming. No good parking near the lofts. We requested a crib but there wasn’t one left for us. We had to call and they eventually brought us one, but it was way past our baby’s bedtime. Also very hot in the bedroom

i loved staying here, the apartment was sooo nice and very aesthetic vibes. everything was clean. the view was also good. there’s a grocery store near the property and they basically provide everything you need to cook. the only thing is that it was scary some mornings because there were some homeless people chilling at the front of main door when we would go out for breakfast. but they don’t really bother people at all. based on the price, i recommend this place. also, most of the tourist spots are walkable (around 10-25 mins) if you don’t mind walking.
don’t mind the bag and coat on the couch, this was when we just got there.

There is no service desk at the location so if you want to drop luggage before check in you must go to another property about 10 min walk away. There is major construction on the south side of the property and a soup kitchen on the east side of the property. Kitchen was equipped. Grocery store, parking, pubs, restaurants, and shops are very close.

Amazing amenities in the loft. Great kitchen Great close to a grocery, nice coffee shop, but I communicated 2 times about small concerns in the room and never got an answer back. Note they do not provide coffee packets for the coffee maker like most hotel do.

Sad. I try to always book les lofts when I go back to QC city. Had stayed at this property before street level no problem, however this time SF501 faces the plants around the port and the noise level in the bedroom was just way above what would be expected even though the room description says soundproofed. I always carry earplugs but since the noise is a low frequency vibration it hardly helped. Sleep quality was 2/10.

The Hotel doesn’t have parking. I parked in the front of the hotel for a while and somebody broke the glass of my car and stolen 2 bags from the car, I called but the hotel doesn’t show interested for what happened to me. Pretty bad experience.
