C tres chère par rapport à l'état du chambre. Lit sal, les meuble trop usé, douchette cassée, les draps du lit très ancienne, le tapis du couloir très ancien et sale,aussi l'eclairage du chambre et faible et mal placé .y'a pas de champoing dans la douche, par contre le monsieur à l'acceuil était très gentille et serviable même le dame du bar est très serviable.

Room was terrible, worst I’ve ever seen. Scotch tape holding picture in frame which was falling out, lamp with no light bulb and light missing the glass around them. No soaps or shampoo and when I asked they brought dried up packets of soap and bars of soap broken into unusable pieces. The toilet seat fell off when I went to lift it. The sink was set in crooked and I moved it straight. The walls had stains and the smoke alarm had an opening in ceiling around it. I do have pictures and it was room 122. Needed a place to sleep and it was too late to fight with Expedia to get a refund. Expedia should be ashamed to have this place listed. No where near what pictures show.

Hotel from Hell from a hostile staff welcome to Nonova charge for a smoke free room. You heard it not a smoking room to get a smoke free room, which turned out to be a smoking room with many burns all around the room stay away at all cost.

Stay was good not excellent. We had chat with receptionist to share Hot water cattle he said he will arrange in minute...but I had stayed 2 night he didn't share with. We asked about hot water to send at my room but that is also not shared buy them. Really behavior was not so good. Even in night at 3 PM somebody stared Fire alarm suddenly that was horrible whole sleep was effected.

The room smelt bad. Very strong cleaner used and also smelt like smoke. Water damage in bathroom. Ceiling sagging. Paint peeling off walls. Air conditioner/heater buttons worn and broken. Grout in bathroom is black and cracking. Tub area is in bad need of repair. Fire alarm went off around 3:30am but the receptionist did not even notice. I had to go tell him. This hotel is not sanitary and in very desperate need of repair. I do not recommend.

Place was filthy. Food crumbs in the desk drawer. Someone wrote with lipstick on the wall. 1 out of 4 light bulbs in the batroom. Cigarette burns on the bed spread. Smelled of Cigarette. Pubic hair in the bathtub.
