The room was tidy and clean to the extend , the bathroom door doesnt close all the way ,stains on the sheets , curtins etc. Otherwise its fine.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, ALL PICTURES ON EXPEDIA AND GOOGLE ARE FAKE. Traveling with my family from Cavendish to Amos and selected Levis as a middle point to rest for a night, saw the nice pictures posted on Expedia by this place and decided to book a room. When we got here we were toatlly astonished by how poor the rooms were, for starters the room is incredibly small, the doors don't have deadbolts, and my room was missing a chain lock, the beds were filthy with blood stained dirty sheets, there is a water heater room right in the corner of the Motel room and it reeks of rotten wood, the bathroom was very small and there is no ventilation fan, the whole bathroom smells like s*** with a touch of mold. The hair dryer in the washroom was damaged and still hanging there on the wall. For this piece of s*** room they charged me $245 for the night, which is more than the room deserves. I advise everybody to pay more and stay at the real hotel then come to this piece of s*** hotel.

There was nothing to like. It was a very run down, poorly maintained property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She tried to tell me that they didn't have my reservation, even though i had an email confirmation from Expedia. She knew i couldn't speak French but she continued speaking French anyway. I paid extra to have a room in the "Hotel" section but that is not what we got. There was supposed to be coffee in the room which wasn't there. When we asked on our second day she assured us that she would have a coffee maker in our room that evening but it never showed up! The property advertised a restaurant and bar on site but the bartender said there has been no food service for over 4 years. The atmosphere at the property did not feel safe. There was a police car that patrolled the area on a regular basis which added to the uneasy feeling. I am very disappointed in Expedia for not having updated pictures and information for this property. If i had seen pictures in it's current state, i would never have considered booking it!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!

The rooms were literally suffocating. AC had so much dust on it that no air was coming out No bathroom fan for ventilation The whole room was stuffed in a 4x4 closet to be honest. Had to keep the door open to let the air in.

The toilet seat was barely attached to toilet, the cold water tap was broken off in shower. These things should be fixed. The room was fairly clean, beds were decently confortable. The cost was good.

We made a last minute reservation for a two day stay. Cecille was a pleasure to deal with and even after getting us settled, found us an even better room that ended up being available. Can't say enough good things!

If your looking for that warm fuzzy happy hotel feeling while in an amazing vacation... thats not this place. The room was cleanish, bed bug free and somewhat comfortable. Its just a place to put your head for the night. Thats it. Price reflects an absolute rip off.

Les photos sur expedia n'Ă©tait obsulement pas ce que la chambre Ă©tait. Ce n'est pas un 2 Ă©toiles mais aucune Ă©toile. Lors que le trust est brisĂ©, il n'y a rien a faire. Je n'ai pu me faire rembourser mĂȘme si ce que j'avais demander ne conrespond pas Ă  ce que j'ai demander et rĂ©server. Encore le client est pris lĂ  dedans, Expedia ne prend aucune respondabilitĂ© et je ne dis riens de l'hĂŽtel. Auncune protection pour se genre de situation pour le client. Je me suis faire avoir, je ne recommende surtout pas l'Hotel et ni expĂ©dia qui ne vais rien de leur responsabilitĂ©.
