This spacious and well-appointed 4 bedroom house overlooking the Brookwoods golf course with a 7-person hot tub is the ideal place for relaxation. It is located in a safe neighborhood with 5 minutes walking distance to the Jolene family winery. The lake and golf club are also within walking distance. Bring bikes, fishing gear.

Conveniently located near I-95 and I-64. 20 min to downtown Richmond, 35 min to Williamsburg attractions, King’s Dominion, Busch Garden, and Water Country.
The space
This charming newly renovated cedar house features beautiful living room and bedrooms with skylights and bay windows. 4 smart TVs that you can login to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu etc.

Located on a large property in the neighborhood covered by mature trees that provide natural shading and privacy.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves, including the house, the yard connected to the golf course, the deck overlooking the yard, the 7-person hot tub. Guests can also use the neighborhood lake down the road for picnic, fishing and kayaking.

It was the perfect groomsmen hangout before the wedding day. Then after the wedding, the wife and I drove back to this beautiful place, enjoyed a nice relaxing hot tub, and then fell right asleep in a very comfortable bed. Perfect for what I was looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This place is so charming!! We were really bummed that we didn't get more time to spend at the actual property. We hit 2 theme parks during our stay that prevented us from doing much else. We had rain and thunderstorms for our first two nights so we couldn't use the hot tub, but luckily were able to the last night. This was the perfect respite for our family of 5 after busy days at the parks. We would definitely recommend it to others!

The place was spacious with lots of room to be with group or alone. Love the outdoor space and lots of coffee pods. It would benefit from some updates, sofa was not supportive, lots of lights not working, not enough dishes or silverware - need to replenish stock, along with a skillet or frying pan. Thank you!

Could use some tlc

House was nice, definitely needs some maintenance though. Bathrooms need spackle and paint, various fixtures covered in rust, dust everywhere. Whoever cleans the house isnt doing their part. Hot tub was huge and perfect. Nice neighborhood, however the golf course crew uses power equipment fairly early every morning. Kinda sucked. We came to VA for a wedding and the house served its purpose, beds were comfy, but I wouldnt rent it again.

Exactly as described

We stayed here for three nights and it was exactly as described. A beautiful, quiet property that was close to Richmond but also only 40 minutes from Busch Gardens. We have small kids and this property was one of our favorites we stayed at. We will come back!

Great family spot

We were two families—two couples with three children between us—and it was perfect. Plenty of space, everything provided. Our kids are older but I noticed the stairs had baby gates top and bottom and there was a nice high chair available too. The hosts were very responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Great stay in between Richmond and Williamsburg VA

We stayed a week with a large group (8 total, ages 5-65) and had a blast. Great location about 20 min from Richmond and 35 from Williamsburg. We took the kids and grandparents out every day and came back to relax every night. Beds were comfy, space for everyone, lovely quiet location with large trees in the backyard. Kitchen was a little small, but worked out ok. We would stay here again.
