The host was very friendly and helpful. We came to Richmond for the marathon and the place was in a perfect location for the marathon. Felt very safe and could easily walk to restaurants. Plenty of street parking.

This was a great place to stay. 2 clean bedrooms and 1 full bathroom was exactly what we needed. Parking is on the street, but we never had an issue finding a spot in front of the apartment. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breweries and a quick drive to the rest of Richmond. Highly recommend and will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect stay in delightful, historical Richmond area called The Fan

The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around.

Beautiful Historic Property

This was a wonderfiul place to stay for our family. 2 adults and 2 teens. Check in was easy, the poperty owner was great. He answered all questions and was available anytime we needed something. The neighborhood it beautiful and quiet. Lots of museums, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Parkiing is on the road and always alot of available spots. We will stay here again.
