The rooms were great, very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. However, there was only an option for instant coffee provided in the room, which obligated us to use the downstairs breakfast facility. We had pre-booked that to be included so that wasn’t a big deal (and the food was quite good), but it would have been nice to be able to get a decent cup of real coffee as soon as up! The valet parking option was messy and resulted in significant delays and some distress (if not panic altogether) at the end of our stay due to the key of one of our vehicles having been misplaced, but was ultimately resolved.

I was given a handicapped bathroom with no border btw shower and bathroom floor. They provided a bath towel and a handtowel. No mat, no extra towel. Called front desk and requested more towels. 30 mins passed. Called a second time and finally got towels. No desk to work at in room. No free coffee, not even for rewards members.

The bathroom was impressively clean! Love the unique decor of the halls, rooms and lobby! Walls are a bit on the thin side but luckily most neighbors were pretty quiet at night!

The AC was super noisy. Only one elevator working, I had to wait really long several time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich explaining I need it in 10 minutes. She told me ok and 15 minutes later it wasn’t here and I had to leave with my client coming to pick me up. A person came to the car and ask me to take it king of aggressively “seriously? take it dude” while I canceled the order at the counter politely before leaving. The sandwich was cold in the center, almost like frozen… couldn’t eat it
