Extremely clean!!! I stayed at the Charlottesville location before my visit to the Richmond a was very happy. I do feel the menu needs improvement. However it was very convenient. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Would stay here again😃

I had reserved a corner room. When I checked in the staff told me that the room had been given to someone else. They then gave me a different room with a king. This would have been okay but the shower had no hot water so I was unable to take shower in the morning. I have stayed at this hotel before and had previously had a good experience but this stay came up significantly short of that.
