This hotel is in the heart of Short Pump Town Center. You can't get a better location than this. The hotel has been reinvented.

Nice place

Nice place for a quick overnight stop. Plenty to do in the area. We did not stay so much around the hotel because there was a big party going on downstairs. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options.

It was close to EVERYTHING!!!! Food, shopping, gas and major highways. Staff was excellent, Breakfast was good….only one thing was wrong it has no pool. But other than that it’s a very good hotel. And the bed was great to sleep in!!! I was out like a baby lol

The Hyatt House Richmond/Short Pump Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel because the staff was pleasant, the rooms were very clean, if we needed anything they would supply us with it and the hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

Zero service at hotel. No one came to our room for the 4 days we were there. Had to ask for bathroom towels several times before we got them. Old property that’s not in good shape. One elevator working for a 6 story building so every trip up or down was an unpleasant experience. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The entrance to the hotel was very welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding. I found our room (suite) to be less than average. The floors were old and coming apart in the kitchen area, the mattress was so old and It had a topper on it, and the couch was hard to get out of because you'd sink into it. There were two elevators there and one elevator was out for several days, which made our weight much longer each time we needed to get on the elevator. I was quite disappointed since we had planned on staying there for seven days, reduced it to six, but would've reduced it further if our plans could accommodate that.
