We were in Richmond for our daughter’s gymnastics competition and this hotel was close to the convention center. Everything was clean, nice and the staff was super friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again next year.

We were unable to park under the hotel. We did not know there was another parking area available, so we had to use the parking lot across the street. However, the management took care of our parking lot without even asking! That made an enormous difference in the stay. How thoughtful. The room was fine. The bathroom door did not stay open, which would have been nice. It would have helped to have had a bit more light in the bathroom, as well. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived were friendly and very helpful with answering any questions and offering suggestions. It was such a nice welcome. Overall our stay went well. We were not there long, but we enjoyed our stay and would schedule a stay at this location again in the future.
