The hotel appeared dated and many aspects seemed neglected. Furniture was stained, rusted, and shoddy. Breakfast was unappetizing. Elevators did not work effectively. Room doors were scuffed. Shower heads appeared to have mold on them.

The location of the room, 231, was right above the kitchen and, in the morning, the smell of all the cooking was overwhelming especially since I have asthma.

Nobody was at the desk to check in, called a few times and nobody picked up. After finally checking in to the room all was fine. Room is dated and bathrooms could use some work/cleaning. Later in the evening, 11:00pm we called for a late checkout. Took 3 tries for someone to pick up and then realized the handset was broken on the phone. Had to call a 4th time on speaker. Was told they only allow a few late checkouts and they were already taken which was fine. Check out was easy as all we had to do was put the room key in a basket at the front desk.

The room was not in good condition cleanliness was ehhh with lots of dust and dirt behind the tables and desks. Our standing lamp was leaning and not attached to the base. The breakfast area needs desperate refurbishment with stained worn chairs and flooring. Staff was nice, beds were clean but desperately needs attention by corporate

We were there due to my 94 year old dad having surgery. When the surgery was cancelled, the staff was wonderful about helping us cancel the reservation, pack up our room and load the car. They were all so kind to us, from check-in to check-out.

This place needs renovation: the AC was so loud I couldn't sleep, the bathroom had dark spots and mold, and the room smelled horrible. A bad stay for me, I do not recommend it until a renovation is done.
