The hotel itself was fine. Staff was very pleasant. Absolutely insane that we had to pay $9 to park in a completely open parking lot. We had 2 cars!! $18 to park, again in open lot with 50 open spaces. Will never stay there again

I stay here once to twice a year. This year, they started charging for parking.... no problem. WHY can't they add it to your bill? Because that's what you want to do after 15 hours of travel is go BACK to your rental car to get the license plate at check in... NOPE! Common Hyatt?!? Get your stuff together.

After we booked we got an email notifying us we had to pay to park. This is not a highly populated area and plenty of parking. There is no reason to charge. It’s not monitored by security. Past that the hotel is dated in many ways. When we opened the hotel room door it had a stale pet urine smell. It doesn’t live up to the Hyatt Brand.
