I stay here often and for some reason today there was no breakfast made like they had a little bit of cake but every time I’ve gone, they’ve had eggs, potatoes or something warm. Richmond quality inn airport stole my money. I had a cancellation the same day I deserved because my event was cancelled. Hotels.com tried to contact them for 2 days. They never responded to the emails regarding refund the same day I booked. I never left my state I never stayed at the hotel. They don't care about that. They are money hungery leaches. Then had the nerve to email Me asking how was my stay. Knowing I never stayed. You are the worst. To take my money during Xmas time at that. It's okay thought. All involved karma will get you. Quietly inn. Nd hotels com. I'll make sure I give my displeasures and my strong arm robbery stealing my money. On all social Media platforms! You all are truly SAD! I suggest nobody stay at the quality inn. Or should you never book with hotels.com EVER. If you can't make it. And want to cancel. The same day your reserve. They will take your money. Ant they won't reply to any emails regarding your refund! It's a lot more I wanna say. But I'll save it for social media. When I get all Parties involved information I wish I could give this BS establishment -1milion stars

Non smoking hotel but smelled like marijuana in the stairwells. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10. Went down at 9AM and over 75% of items had already been put away. No waffle mix, no bread for toast, no milk for cereal
