We really liked the room. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that they ran out of towels at the pool. We informed the staff at the front desk and they responded with “we only have 40 towels and we put them all out. Nobody made any effort to collect and was towels. I was not happy about this.

Just like home

Beautiful room makes you feel like you are staying in an apartment. Pulled up at night to people gathering on a porch around a nice fire pit. The staff was nice. Rooms were roomy and had all the luxuries of home. Pool and hot tub were clean and awesomely WARM! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pool Party ruined the stay

Pros: The bed slept well and the room was clean
Cons: Schedule any pool parties during the time between check out and check in only so that all paying guests can comfortably use your advertised amenities.
The hotel was hosting a child's birthday party that ran from 1PM until ?? that kept other paying hotel guests out of the pool and hot tub areas. Selected this hotel based on the fact that they were convenient to 95 + 295 AND had indoor pool and hot tub but couldn't use either. At 8:15PM there were about 10 young children with noodles and pool toys in the hot tub and another 15-20 kids in the pool playing chicken and jumping and yelling and screaming - not sure if there was parent supervision or not but definitely no hotel management oversight. Won't be going back again

I would not stay here again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: rude staff
Upon arrival was greeted by a nice desk clerk, who was rudely treated by a co-worker, a guy, who was interferring with my check in repeatedly and without a word of explanation. The rude guy did not say a word to any guest until another guest was trying to check in who happened to be of the same color. At that time words started to flow freely from his mouth with great directions and all. Had I not had my daughter with me, I probably would have had some things to say this rude guy.
