Best in Rochester
The person at the desk was verry friendly and helpful when we arrived. The manager of the bar was the friendly and accommodating as was the bartender. The swimming pool was so warm. We keep coming back to this hotel whenever we are in Rochester.

Holiday Inn Feedback
Front desk personnel were great. The hotel is outdated, especially the HVAC system. Noisy system and constantly turning on and off. Made it difficult to sleep. The buffet presentation was fine; however all the food was cold, even at 8:30 in the morning. Bathroom was crowded as it was very tiny. Rooms were ok but took a long time to reach them
