Tranquil Retreat on the shores of Lake Ontario

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside haven less than 20 minutes from the airport. This home sits between Lake Ontario to the north & Cranberry Pond to the south. Beautiful open layout. Wake up in the master bedroom with stunning views of the lake. Enjoy cooking in the open kitchen with amazing views of the pond and the lake. The break wall on the lakeside allows you to walk right down into the lake to enjoy the beauty and refreshing cool of the water.

Entering the home, you will have space to leave coats and shoes in the foyer. Directly up the stairs, you will enter the open layout living, dining and kitchen area. The lakeside of the home is a wall of windows that allows breathtaking views of the lake. In addition to the many windows, two sky lights also allow a vast amount of natural light into the space.

The living area is complete with 2 queen size sleeper sofas as well as 1 full-size sleeper sofa. There is plenty of room to relax along with the additional space for more guests to sleep. Going back down the stairs, you will find a half bathroom, a full-bathroom and two bedrooms.

The smaller bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and is a great room for children. The larger master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake and space for a king-size bed as well as a full-size sleeper sofa. Guests can also be provided with a pack-n-play if traveling with an infant or toddler.

The driveway is large enough to accommodate 3 vehicles. Parking is not available on the street, so only 3 cars be kept onsite overnight. Guests also should not use the garage and will not be provided with an overhead door opener.

Our home is lived in - and used frequently by many people. Despite professional and regular cleaning, the downstairs carpeting has signs of wear in all high traffic areas.

Guests should understand while the home as beautiful views and great amenities, not all areas of the home have been remodeled recently. However we keep everything in good working order with regular maintenance.

We have wonderful neighbors - but they do NOT expect to be bothered. They enjoy the tranquility of the lake so we expect that all guests are respectful of their privacy and their property. Guests should at NO time be in the neighbors lawn or near their boat deck. We are in contact with our neighbors, and if that occurs, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund given.

Living on the lake - guests need to also understand there are many bugs and spiders that will also be joining them outside while on vacation. Although we do have a professional company to spray regularly, we can't stop nature.

The fireplace is currently NOT working. Unfortunately the unit was damaged during a recent stay and will not be available for use until further notice.
