This has a nice big fenced backyard for dogs. The house was nice & clean. The deck outside could use some real big improvements. Lots of soft spots and nails sticking up. Deck furniture was less than ideal. Beach chairs are very uncomfortable and hard to get out of. A nice patio set & a grill would greatly improve this yard so you can sit and enjoy the warm Texas air. Neighborhood was quiet.
