The lack of concern over the experience at this hotel is not what I would expect from a name like Hilton. The first issue happened when I arrived in the lobby, there was no one behind the counter. There was a man and his young son who had been waiting for some time already. I dialed the phone number listed, every menu option simply rang the front desk which did no good given no one was there. We waited approximately 10 minutes before someone arrived and because I was second in line, it was likely closer to 30 minutes before I made it into my room. And it didn't get better then.
