Room was great, looked brand new and clean. Lots of construction going on around this area and most likely why the pricing is lowered than other areas. Only real complaint is the lack of options for breakfast.

The Room was great. It had lots of room and was very comfortable. The microwave was the cheapest model they could buy, thare was no coffee pot in the room, had to ask the desk for an ice bucket, the fridge was one of those that just kept thangs cold but had no freeze capability to freeze our ice packs. Road construction forced us to drive 3 miles to get around the road closure to get to the hotel.

The hotel wouldn't let me check in, saying that the payment from Expedia wouldn't go through. But I checked Expedia charged my credit card successfully. Then, the hotel cancelled the reservation and asked me to book the hotel room directly. I did, but the Expedia now wouldn't do a refund. I paid the Expedia, then paid the hotel directly for the same room the same night. The hotel said that they couldn't get payment from Expedia but when I asked Expedia to issue a refund, Expedia refused. Expedia customer service email was a mess, as a different rep replied to my email without any contexts and I had to repeat my case but nobody understood my story!!!! Terrible, horrible, hopeless, angry!!!

Good for overnight with no frills

Staff was very friendly, room was nice. Stayed three nights- room was never cleaned and no coffee pots in room. Breakfast was bare minimum, but did have breakfast sandwiches for sale.
