I had to stay at this hotel for a conference. This hotel is very dated and in desperate need of some updating. It is in a very nice and convenient location but there were definitely issues. My room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and there was hair stuck on the ceiling of the shower and the bathroom itself. The door of the balcony had a large handprint indicating it was not cleaned after the most recent occupant. The outlets on the nightstand were very flimsy and the couch was very awkwardly shaped and almost impractical. The walls had repairs on them with paint of a different color and it was just not an aesthetically pleasing experience. The bed was comfortable but the pillows lacked any support. Onto the good, the staff was friendly and the location was okay and it was close to the airport. I did ask two different staff members about needing a shuttle to the airport very early in the morning and neither put that request in. It didn't take long to get one and my trip was unaffected by it but it would be nice if I could count on them to be reliable. I would not like to return to this hotel.

The room and bathroom was very small and not too comfortable and also the indoor pool wasn’t well maintained and slightly dirty. Average stay for $150 a night and parking is not free either unless you pay extra via Expedia to get free parking.

Great Stay!!!

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, Staff is great!!! We did not eat on site so I can not comment on the food. Overall we love to stay here and we always try to get a room with a balcony because it is nice for sit outside and get fresh are without having to leave the room.

We had to wait for both rooms to be ready, we had to wait about 3.5 hours total and we had to share a room until the other room was ready. Additionally, the room I was in the AC was not working properly and it got really hot in the middle of the night. When we checked out, there was no one to talk to and let them know of the issues.

I started staying at this location years ago because it’s conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, it’s like staying with family.

Hotel was good, everything is dated. TVs are small and only have limited cable channels. Both the soap and conditioner were empty in the shower, yet they leave a card asking for a tip for the cleaning service. They also charge you to park, which seems like money grab to me since they have a parking lot that is hidden and right in front of the hotel.
