We had one night stay in this and it was very good. Stay very near to San Antonio river walk. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good no issues at all. The only thing was. the parking is $16

Muffins were stale but no big deal. The first room we booked was advertised as “sleeps 4” but only had one bed. They moved us to a smaller, cheaper room without any refund for the difference. It smelled like tire rubber, so bad I was nauseous within 5 minutes. They moved us to a room across the street which was fine, but the refrigerator was so loud and noisy I had to shut it off completely. They also asked for a deposit which they explained would remain a pending charge on my credit card, however the charge has gone through and there is no reversal or refund on its way. The morning staff lady was sweet.

When you walk into the bathroom it smelled like sewage. The check in guy was rude af. And you had to pay to park your car, which was stupid. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that you had to pay for parking. The free breakfast was horrible, the waffle batter was separated and the waffle iron was set to the wrong length of time so it wasn’t fully cooking the waffles. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, all the butter cups were covered in syrup as if when the guy was cleaning off tables he just put the used cups back in the containers.

I originally booked a king-size bed but was unexpectedly downgraded to a room with two full-size beds without any compensation or resolution—only being told that it “wouldn’t cost more.” When I entered the room, there were visible spider webs and a dead roach. The door did not close properly and required being lifted to latch, which made entering from the outside very difficult. Additionally, the electrical outlet near the bathroom sink did not work, and the room had an unpleasant, musty smell. Overall, the condition of the room and the downgrade from what I originally booked were extremely disappointing.
